ServeraSuite comes with the ability to create a contact list, or Address Book, for each server
group you create.
These address books tell Servera who to send email notification to, in the event of a server issue.
You can add as many contacts to each list, as you wish.
- Right click on the Server
Group that you wish to create an address book for, from the
Server Groups list.
- After clicking on the Add
Contacts for this group menu item, you will be presented with
the following window.
- To start adding contacts,
click the Add Contact button on the right side of this window.
- Fill out the Name
and Email of the contact
- You will also notice a
property called Email Type. This property tells ServeraSuite what Email Template to use when sending an email to this contact, and also helps you to
identify what level of contact this particular contact is.
- Click the Add Contact
button, and you're done.
It is Very Important that you press the Save button when finished, otherwise your contacts
will not be saved.
